Susan R. ~ Discomfort
I drank to be comfortable. I now use discomfort as a guide to re-evaluate my activities, interactions and relationships. I honor the wisdom of my body, so I pay attention and take action to regain comfort. I don’t continue activities or relationships that create discomfort. Period. I show myself I am worthy of attention, respect, care, and am not dependent on others to give it to me; I give it to myself and gain serenity.
